Why should I set up a GrandSlamDesigns account?
A GrandSlamDesigns.com account will give you the ability to:

Search through thousands of embroidery designs and immediately download the ones you want, in the formats you use.
Order the embroidery supplies that you need.
Maintain a wish list of designs and other items.
Avoid having to enter your information every time you place an order.
Receive advanced notice of special offers, custom tailored to your needs.
View your order history and re-download designs at no extra charge.

Are there any dues or fees for opening an account?
Absolutely Not. Having a GrandSlamDesigns account is free. There are no minimum purchase requirements and you are not obligated to place any orders. The account feature is there for your convenience so that you don´t have to enter your name, address, etc. every time you place an order. And, when you do place an order, we charge you only for the items you buy (including delivery and sales tax where applicable).

What do I do if I forget my Password?
If you forget your password, do not try to set up a new account. Only one account is allowed per unique email address:

Locate the Start Here at the top of the Page.
Select I am a returning customer option.
Click on forgot your password link.
Enter your email address in the space provided.
Re-confirm your email address and hit continue button.
If your email address is associated with any of our existing user accounts then our system will send you email containing instruction to change your password.
You will now be directed to the Change Password page.
Now you can reset your password to something easy for you to remember.
It must be at least 7 characters in length. It is also upper and lower case sensitive.

Is my credit card and other personal information secure?
YES – currently all payment processing is completed through PayPal and all security measures taken by PayPal- one of the leading online payment processing companies available.
