| |  Each patch was inspired from my 15 years of working with Eileen Roche at Designs in Machine Embroidery. Between Eileen and me, we have earned each of the patches. Oh, the stories we can tell! Patch Celebration includes 12 patches to commemorate machine embroidery obstacles, triumphs and general mess making! How many patches have you earned? What stories can you tell? My early days of embroidering were fearful. I’d break needles and wondered where the bits and pieces of needles would disappear to. Why isn’t there a “crumb” catcher like a toaster at the bottom of the embroidery machine? Many broken needles later, I am a more confident embroiderer and I’ve proudly earned this badge. Whether you’re new to machine embroidery or have been stitching for years—a broken needle or two... or four are bound to happen over a period of time!  I Stitched My First T-Shirt
This patch is special. I’m the type that is afraid to try—what if I mess up? What if I ruin a perfectly good t-shirt? But you and I know we all have to start somewhere. That’s how we learn. You’ll notice the heart design on the t-shirt is intentionally misplaced. This is to celebrate trying instead of focusing on perfection.  Select your favorite fabrics and thread colors to personalize the patches. Each patch fits within a 4” x 4” hoop and are quick and easy to stitch. Returns Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable products Opened software Opened products containing any electronic media (DVD, CD, etc) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only process refunds or returns if you bought your product directly from our website. If you purchased your products from another website or dealer store please return your product to them. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservices@dzgns.com. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@dzgns.com and send your item to: 10495 Olympic Drive, Suite 100, Dallas, Texas, US, 75220. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and (s)he will found out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10495 Olympic Drive, Suite 100, Dallas, Texas, US, 75220 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

United States Shipping - UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post
All shipping to United States addresses is sent via UPS Ground, UPS Second-Day Air,
or USPS (United States Parcel Post). When you choose one particular service in our
shopping cart, you will receive a real-time shipping quotation, as well as an indication
of the delivery time for each item in your order. Tracking numbers are available
with UPS Ground and UPS Second-Day Air. In some cases, we may substitute FedEx Ground
for UPS Ground, in which case you will receive a FedEx tracking number instead.
